When downloading the pix4D mapper program from your website to my PC, SuperAntiSpyware reports that the pix4dmapper.exe file contains malware and blocks the download.
The file is reported to contain Trojan.Agent/Gen-Falprod[private].Process

The reason why the antivirus could detect the software as a malware could be the information sent from the software to us to help us improve the software (More information here). What you can do is add Pix4D Desktop as an exception to the antivirus or disable the option “Help Improve the Software” option in the menu Help>Settings.
