LiDAR sensor not detected on IPad Pro 2020

When starting the app for the first time it asks for some permissions (location service and camera). Both were granted. However, the next message box was a warning that the device isn’t equipped with a LiDAR sensor and hence it wouldn’t be used.

This is not true, the device is an IPad Pro 12,9" 4th Generation running iOS 13.4.

The app itself is running fine so far (without the LiDAR features, of course).

Thanks for your feedback, the LiDAR feature was introduced at iOS version 13.4.1, prior to that the LiDAR is not detected by Apple’s frameworks.
Updating to the latest iOS version should resolve your problem.
