LAS File not loading correctly

I have a 160gb las file produced yet when I load it into cloud compare only around 1/4 of the points are loading in, is there any way to fix this?

Have you checked what is the limit size of files you can import into ClouCompare?
I believe the issue you are experiencing is related to the file size. You could try cleaning up the pointcloud to remove noise and reduce the size of the generated file.
