We have a Phantom 3 Advanced with which we do the internships with the students. It is usually a small photogrammetric flight that students process later with Pix4D Mapper, the data capture is done with your Pix4D Capture App.
The problem that I have found is that the images differ a lot between them (tone, brightness, color, etc.) which makes the orthophoto look like a mosaic as the images do not have uniformity. I do not know what the problem might be.
