cant get the model past the initial processing stage! please see attached images!
any suggestions please?

I keep getting the same error. It doesn’t matter which dataset I use. I even tried one of the sample datasets in the Pix4Dmapper Essentials course.

I contacted support, and they helped me resolve the issue. It turns out that my company firewall was blocking the processing step. Support mentioned that it could either be due to lack of read/write permissions on the drive or antivirus software blocking access. I was able to run the data successfully after saving the file locally and ensuring the file path was in a drive I had appropriate permissions.
