Initial processing error

Hi Pix4D Community,

I get this error message during the initial processing.
Can anyone help me fix it.

Hello,

This error is typically caused by the use of Microsoft’s OneDrive. As OneDrive tries to sync the data, it blocks access to the drive and Mapper is not able to process. Try disabling OneDrive or use a drive where it does not sync. This should solve the problem.
