What is the difference between xx_index_green.tif and xx_reflectance.tif ?
I’ve just processed a reflectance map and i want to know which file i have to use for further analyses.

A priori, these two files contain the same information: the reflectance value for the green band. The green index is an index map with value the value in the green band (this allows to colorize this map for example, which is not possible with the reflectance map as the software is designed at the moment).
