Updated to the most recent software and now all my images in the raycloud seem to be below the floor as per the screenshot after running stage one… my output settings:

I am not sure if this is related to the version of PIX4Dmapper. Have you processed with the older version and gotten different results? If so, would you please upload the screenshot to compare it? I, sometimes, get similar results with older versions when there are differences between the altitudes of images and the altitudes of GCPs as well; it could be due to the difference in altitudes between the images and the GCPs.
