so I want to transfer to my program from old my laptop to new one

May I ask if you mean you would like to use PIX4Dmapper on the new laptop but your old laptop is occupying the seat?
If that is the case, I can manually deactivate the device from our system. Once this is done, you can download PIX4Dmapper v3.3.29 here: PIX4Dmapper technical release notes
The later versions are not available due to inactive Support and Upgrades. If you would like to renew Support and Upgrades, please follow the instructions here: How to renew Support and Upgrades. Renewing your subscription will give you access to personal technical support as well as new Pix4D software versions as soon as they are released.
Let me know if you would like me to deactivate the device that is occupying the seat on your PIX4Dmapper license.
