How to sync jpgs from Phantom 4 to Android pix4dcapture app

Hi,

I have used the pix4d app to successful fly a mission and get jpgs.

So i now have a project, and it is attempting to sync the mission, or download the jpgs from the DJI Phantom 4 to my android app.

This is where it gets stuck and says cannot download images.  I connect the USB cable to the Phantom 4, as there is no wireless, but it doesn’t download.

Any suggestions?

You can try to download the images directly from the SD card of the drone. For more information: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/204911905.

Note that processing with or without the .p4d file makes no difference in terms of results with Pix4D software: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202560819
