How to start Corridor mapping


Can someone plz help me in Corridor mapping. How can i make project with 70% overlap on both sides.
I am using phantom 4 pro v2.

Hello Rohit,

If a dual-track image acquisition plan is not possible, a single track image acquisition plan can be used if the overlap is high enough (at least 85% frontal overlap) and Ground control points (GCPs) are defined along the flight line in a zigzag pattern. In the given links it shows abt the GCP. That how to mark the GCP’s

I need a line flying as per my alingment. Because the alignment never goes straight. It will bend somewhere and there i hope we need a line flying as per the curve of the Road/Railway alingment.

Hello Rohit,

You may want to create several polygonal missions for the project that can cover the curved line. Unfortunately, Pix4Dcapture does not have a Linear Flight Plan option currently. I reported your need to our product manager to give more weight to this functionality.
