Hi,

Thank you for sharing the imagery. There are two problems with your images:

They don’t have the coordinate tags, this will not allow you to process in PIX4Dreact.
They are also lacking the Exif.Image.Make and Exif.Image.Model.
EXIF and XMP tag information for project creation

we need this information in order to process your imagery.
You might need to update the firmware or contact DJI.

Hi,
I am very surprised about the coordinates. Pix4react recognizes its images and geolocates them. The next step of processing is just blocked due to lack of compatibility. We were also able to process its images in photogrammetry under other software.

For the Exif, we only work with Pix4react. After verification, the firmewire is up to date and the images fully recognized under dji thermal analysis tool 3.
