Is there a way to export a the point cloud that is generated from the DTM only?

The DTM (Digital Terrain Model) can only be exported as GeoTIFF format. For the moment only the DSM (Digital Surface Model) can be exported using .xyz, .las and .laz formats.
This idea is interesting and we will pass your query as suggestion to the product management team so they can study it and see for future releases.
