I am receiving the following error message when reoptimizing after marking GCPs in the point cloud after step 1 processing:
“[Error]: Error e9031: Cannot reoptimize. Failed to remove some first step directories.”
Anyone else encounter this problem or have suggested solutions?
I’m also getting this issue. I tried moving the project to the local C drive as someone mentioned it could be due to onedrive issues. I still get the error. How do we fix this??
Pix4d support suggested taking everything off the onedrive server and starting from scratch. This worked. I ended up placing the images and drone data on the C drive, made a new Pix4d job on the C drive and started the processing again. This time everything worked.
