Im having a hard time triying to open Pix4D mapper

Hey Pablo,
I would suggest trying to disconnect from the internet and attempt to open up the software offline. After opening the software you can connect to the internet again.
If this does not work, please uninstall the software following the instructions here:How-to-completely-uninstall-Pix4D-Desktop
Then reinstall the latest software version: https://cloud.pix4d.com/download/
Please let me know if you are able to access the software.
