ERROR - alpha to nodata

Hey y’all,

I’m trying to run Step 3 on my project but I ran into this error and I can’t seem to figure out what it means. I couldn’t find any mention of it on the forums or Google. Any help would be much appreciated.

So…I restarted my computer and ran it again and it worked out fine. No clue why but thought this might help someone later.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for letting us know. One of the reflectance tiles failed to write. Which version of the software are you using? This can happen due to hardware sometimes (lack of space or RAM issues). If it happens again, do send us a support ticket with the logfile, or you can also upload the logfile in google drive and share the link here.
