Error 0xc00001d

Hello, I have a new computer with this caracteristics:

 

Micro Intel i7-6700 3,4Ghz, 8MB, s.1151

Gigabyte Z170-HD3P s.1151, DDR4

4x RAMs DDR4 16GB -2400

SSD SANDISK 480GB SATA 6GB

GPU Gigabyte GTX-980 OC 4GB GDDR5

 

When I try to start the program Pix4D appears the error 0xc00001d,

Any idea how can i solve it?

Hello Pablo,

This error is most probably related to Windows. It can appear when Windows is damaged because some files are missing or because some files are corrupted, most commonly in the registry. Another cause can be a malware that has attacked your PC or outdated drivers. 

This could also appear when a software is not correctly installed. We would recommend you to uninstall Pix4Dmapper and start a clear installation again. You can also download the latest version 2.1.61. If this does not solve the issue, it must be related to the other cases.
