Duet T Thermal Data Problem

Hello. I had an interesting issue on my latest thermal flight with a Duet T camera and a Sensefly eBee X that I can’t explain. It was an overcast day, I flew early in the morning with a 65% lateral overlap, 75% longitudinal overlap and 23 cm/px resolution (that puts the drone at ±175m above the ground) using interlaced flight lines. These are the default overlap setting provided by Sensefly for the Duet T camera, and I have used them on many thermal flights in the past without issues.

When I processed the data is Pix4D, I selected the standard Thermal Camera template like always. After step one, the ray cloud looked like a zebra, see image below. If I did not do the flight myself I would say that it is an overlap issue, but it can’t be as the settings have not been altered in any way, and interlaced lines were flown. Any idea on what I’ve done wrong? MAny thanks.
