DJI Zenmuse XT2 - wrong image data import

I have a DJI Matrice 300 RTK and a Zenmuse XT2.

Here you can find the present fw/sw setup:
(PILOT) App: V.2.4.1.7(M300)
Aircraft Version: 0202.0102
Remote Controller: 02.04.0103 (2021-04-30)
(XT2) Gimbal: 00.02.06.48
Zenmuse XT2 Camera 1: 01.00.00.34
Zenmuse XT2 Camera 1: 06.02.20.00
Battery 1 (A1): 01.02.05.31
Battery 2 (A1): 01.02.05.31
Precise Fly Safe Database (Fly): 01.00.01.19
Precise Fly Safe Database (app): 00.00.00.01
Basic Fly Safe Database: 01.00.01.09

I realized that, even if RTK coordinates are associated with each image, when I import them in Pix4Dmapper (v.4.6.4) they are seen as with horizontal accuracy of +/-5m and vertical accuracy of +/-10m.

Is the horizontal and vertical coordinate accuracy estimate stored into the images itself or is it assigned in some way by Pix4Dmapper (e.g. camera database) ?

Thanks a lot,

Maurizio

Hello,
The M300 RTK should be writing the accuracy to the exif on the images. When it is brought into PIX4Dmapper it will display those values. I would suggest using an exif viewer to see what is contained within the images. If you are still having issues you can manually change the values in the image properties editor.
