I have had problems calculating the GSD for a phantom 4 pro v2.0 since I can not find data like the sensor width of the camera, the image whidth and the image height

Hi Ximena,

Using Pix4Dcapture, an estimated GSD taking into account the camera parameters and the flight height will be automatically displayed and updated when you are defining your flight plan. The camera of the P4P V2 has the same parameters and resolution than the P4p V1.

If needed, you can use our GSD calculator with the following parameters:

  • Focal length: 8.6 mm
  • Sensor width: 12.8333 mm
  • Image width: 5472 pixels
  • Image height: 3648 pixels
