I have DJI P4 Multispectral flight data. The data includes RGB band along with the five multispectral bands. For processing in Pix4Dmapper using ‘Ag Multispectral’, do we need to upload the RGB images, too?

There is no need to process RGB, you can only use the multispectral images.
