DJI MAVIC 3 Multispectral processing

Today I made my first fly with my new Mavic 3M. Took a plan with about 450 way points. Took rgb jpgs and the multispectral Tiff together. Now I will process these in Pix4dmapper (trial). Is it possible to get a orthomosaic of rgb, and for each band. A stitched geotiff for each band? Or a special CIR orthophoto for forestry? Also NDvi or others. I will import these in qgis for calculations and archive. The mavic 3 did a last line with 45 degree pictures for better 3d.

When I process these mission in Pix4dmapper, there are several red uncalibrated pictures in point cloud view. What does this mean? How to get rid of this problem? Perhaps some false parameters in pix4d or in my drone settings?

Hi Tom2,
When processing data from the Mavic 3M, we recommend processing the RGB separately from the multispectral. Calibration will be significantly faster if processed separately.

You should use the Ag Multispectral template. Once processed, you can generate reflectance maps for each band using the Index calculator. You can read more in the article below.
