I have the same question and have a DJI Mini 4 Pro with the RC 2 controller
Hi,
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately, the DJI Mini 4 Pro cannot be supported by PIX4Dcapture Pro at the moment. Since the SDK for the drone is not provided by DJI to third-party software, it is currently impossible to add the drone to PIX4Dcapture Pro. We would love to add the drone, but we must wait for DJI to release the SDK.
Best,
Ryan
Hello, is the DJI Mini 4 PRO now compatible? THANKS
Hi @emb-habitat,
Unfortunately, the DJI Mini 4 Pro still cannot be supported by PIX4Dcapture Pro as per reasons shared by my colleague Ryan above.
You can find a list of supported drones here:
Cheers,
Daniele
Guten Tag @Daniele_Lecci
Weiss man schon ob die Dji Mini 4 Pro überhaupt unterstütz wird? und wenn ja ab wann man mit der Unterstützung für PIX4Dcapture rechnen darf?
Danke Gruss Cedric
Hi Matteo,
Unfortunately the reason shared by Ryan still persists.
Hallo Matteo,
Leider bleibt der von Ryan genannte Grund weiterhin bestehen.
Mit freundlichen Grüssen,
Daniele
I thought I had heard DJI released the SDK for the Mavic mini 4 Pro, no?
If so, how long before Pix4D supports it?
Same question ? For the moment, Mobile SDK only supports Android but it’s better than nothing.
will there be support for the dji mini 4 pro?
Hi everyone, and thank you for your continued interest in PIX4Dcapture Pro.
We truly appreciate the feedback and the many questions regarding support for new drone models. At this time, we want to be transparent and let you know that there are no plans to add support for additional drones in PIX4Dcapture Pro.
While the app remains available for use (as per today, May 21, 2025), active development has been stopped, which means that no new features, updates, or compatibility expansions — including for newer drones — are planned.
We understand that this may be disappointing, especially for those of you eager to use the app with recently released hardware. An official communication will be shared in the coming months with more details about the app’s status and recommended alternatives that may better meet your current and future needs.
Thank you again for your understanding and for being part of the Pix4D community. If you have any questions or would like help evaluating other solutions, our support team is here to assist.
