I utilized the Pix4d capture app to fly a field however, when I’m uploading the images I’m getting a fault Pix4d doe not recognize jpeg, any feedback is appreciated.

Do you upload the images to the cloud from the app or by dragging and dropping the images from your computer?
Do you get the error on the cloud or the app interface?
