Disabled points in the point cloud are included in 3d mesh

Hi all,
I am trying to clean up a 3d model and create a 3d mesh for only the buildings shown below.
I have disabled all the other points in the point cloud. When I process the 3d mesh, the outer edges of the point cloud are also included:

How can I remedy this issue?

Have you ever used the “processing area” tool? It could be useful to exclude unnecessary areas.
