Welcome to the Pix4D community .

To remove the transparency and have 0,0,0 values, please follow these steps:

Go to Processing Options
Select 3. DSM, Orthomosaic and Index
Open the DSM and Orthomosaic tab
Go to Orthomosaic
Make sure that GeoTIFF without transparency is selected
