I have trees that encroach on the perimeter of my site and instead of painstakingly drawing a border around each clump up trees, is there a way to select all objects over a certain elevation, say 3 meters above ground level, and remove them?

until now I didn’t find a direct solution like in Pix4D Survey (where there is a “crop everything taller than…” button), however I think the following workaround could work:
0 - Process the Cloud Densification Step
1- Draw a Processing Area, and set the base at the desired 3 meters AGL (or different value)
2- Go to a Left/Right View, and crop everything is in your sight
3- Restore the Processing Area Base Height in order to see again the part of cloud you need
