Hi Matti,
If your selected zone in Europe, then your data will not be shared outside of Europe.
What we can guarantee is that none of the files you uploaded are carried outside of the EU, including for processing. None of the assets generated from those data are leaving EU (provided you set EU as your main region).
We have servers in Asia, Europe and US.
