I’ve just started receiving ‘LiDAR error, please restart’ errors popping up when conducting scans. This is new. LiDAR works in apple measure app so I’m guessing could be a bug or something? It’s happening every time. I’m on latest version of app and using 15 Pro. Any ideas? Many thanks.
We are sorry that you have this experience. We have identified a bug in PIX4Dcatch 2.23.1 version and we are still working on it.
We will post a message here when there is a new version with the fix.
