Can’t create points cloud classification adn got error

[Error]: Invalid empty pathname

[Error]: Error classifying pointcloud: [ZippedClassifierResource.cpp:55] Decompressed model file does not exist

i was tried reduce points but it still not working.

Could you please help me, How to solve it?

This error is happening when there are issues in the PIX4Dmapper installation.
Please proceed with the following steps:

• Please completely uninstall PIX4Dmapper (How to completely uninstall PIX4Dmapper).
• Restart your device.
• Install PIX4Dmapper (Software Download and Installation).
• Process your project again.

Please let me know how it goes and if this allows you to proceed with your work.

Hi,
I am having the same issue with processing multispectral imagery. I followed your instructins (uninstall, restart, reinstall) but the issue was not resolved. I would apreciate your suggestions on this as aDTM is important output.
