Hi There

 

Can anyone please recommend a Camera to take terrestrial photos that will align with the photos taken with our Phantom 3 Advanced?

Hi Jarrod,

I use a simple canon powershot.

I believe that it will work with any decent compact/dslr camera. You need to create 2 projects. One for the terestrial and one for the aerial images. 

for each project you need to process step 1, you need to add common manual tie points in both projects and Reoptimize. Then you need to merge the projects:
