Is it possible to reconcile the images of phantom 4 pro 2.0 and parrot anafi in the same pix4d project?
The result is good?
Hi Miguel,
Generally, we recommend processing project consisting of multiple flights which were flown at different periods, different heights, with different cameras in separate projects and use the merging procedure afterward. The images should have enough overlap in each dataset and between datasets. For such cases, it is strongly recommended to use GCPs or Manual Tie Points to properly adjust the different sets of images.
Information about the merging procedure can be found in the How to merge projects article and on Pix4D Video Academy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wu-A64egnb4
You could also give it a try by processing the DJI Phantom 4 pro 2.0 and Parrot Anafi images in the same project from the start and use the merging procedure only in case if the reconstruction is not optimal (multiple blocks, misalignment of the datasets).
As a side note, both DJI Phantom 4 pro 2.0 and Parrot Anafi camera parameters are already included in the internal camera database for optimal results.
Best,
