We are asking about the source of this issue. Is it because our Pix4D software is an old version (pix4d mapper 3.2.17) or from a problem in the camera during the tag writing process ?
Thomas, It is not because you have an old Pix4D version because the tags do not have to do anything with the software (until you process the images where the tags are used if Present). It might be you do not have the latest firmware for the camera. The manufacturer will be able to provide you with more information.
