I have a question regarding the automatic GSD in the processing settings in Pix4DMapper. The automatic values processes at 1 GSD, if my project was captured at a different GSD, do I need to change this in the processing to my flight GSD?

The value of 1 in the GSD is not referring to cm/pixel, but is the factor of the automatically calculated average GDS.
In the example below, the DSM and Orthomosaic will have a resolution equal to 1 time the average GDS of the project (5.35 cm/pixel).
Changing the value to, for example 2, it will change the final resolution to 2 times the average GSD, bringing it to 10.70 cm/pixel.
