Autel EVO IIV3 Processing errors

Autel EVO II V3 RTK — Pix4D Mapper Processing Issues

Hi

I’m trying to process an Autel EVO II V3 RTK for photogrammetry and running into multiple errors when processing the data in Pix4D Mapper. We normally use senseFly eBee drones for our surveys, and wanted to compare results, but the EVO II data won’t process.

Symptoms I’m seeing:

  • In Map view the points are being placed in the wrong state.

    • I am not getting the post mission with the image and all the green dots.
  • The Initial Processing, Point Cloud, and Mesh steps fail.

  • Errors include Generating tiles failed and Dense Processing failed (among others).

I’ve tried pulling the imagery both from the SD card and directly from the drone, but I can’t find any clear guidance on the correct workflow or settings for processing data from the Autel EVO II V3 RTK.

Any help or recommended steps would be greatly appreciated.
