3d model looking better in the cloud than desktop. why?

Hey guys,

I’d like to know why the 3d model shown in the cloud is of much more higher quality then when looking the 3D model in the pix4d Desktop.

I’m doing a video animation in Pix4d Desktop and wondering if I could do that with the much higher quality model that is shown in the pix4d Desktop.

Hi Fábio,

Can you share screenshots of what you see? This would help understand what kind of differences there are when you view the 3D model.

Normally, if you upload a file from desktop to visualize on the Cloud, or if you compare a project with the same images and processing options that was processed on desktop and on Cloud, the quality should be the same as the generated output is the same.
