Zenmuse XT2 Camera model - can't edit dimensions

Hi - I’m trying to make a temperature map from the thermal r.jpg images acquired with a Zenmuse XT2 camera, where the focal length was 13 mm and the images are 640 x 512. There is just one camera model that shows up and it is for 336 x 256 pixels and the image size is not editable, despite trying. My problem might be that the images don’t have enough overlap, but it seems like the wrong camera model is a potential source of error as well. I will (try to) upload the log file and one image.

Hello there,
If the camera model is not correctly detected, you can change the camera parameter using the steps explained in the below support article,

If the camera resolution is 336 x 256 pixels, then it might be difficult to process with PIX4Dmapper because the minimum recommended resolution for the thermal camera is 640 x 512.
