When exporting using the xyz format, what does it mean “XYZ doesn’t have color”?

.XYZ files do not have a human readable color - they are greyscale. As opposed to an .LAS - LIDAR (.LAS) files have color assigned to each point - in human readable RGB color spectrum. This is why a .LAS file ‘looks like’ a picture - instead of a point cloud.
