What's the easiest way to match mixed up GCP's?

 Hello,

We record done survey GCP’s and regular manual RTK survey points on a stockpile and confused the drone survey GCP’s coordinates amongst 200 other manual survey points.  I’m hoping there is an easy way to use Pix4D to distinguish which GPS coordinates represent our drone mats centers amongst 200 sets of manual GPS survey coordinates.

We are not sure we understand what exactly you have done.

Did you use GCPs from different sources in the same project and you cannot distinguish between them? If this is the case could you please tell us how did you import them? As one single file with all the points’ coordinates?

Or by ‘drone survey GCPs’ you refer to the images and the image geolocation?
