Hello,
I tried processing and creating an RGB reflectance image from images captured with a MicaSense RedEdge-P. The flight was conducted at 45 m altitude and 5 m/s, with 90% overlap, over a dense tree plantation.
The image I am sharing is a screenshot of a virtual raster I created in QGIS using my red, green, and blue reflectance bands. There are some strange-looking shapes that are reducing the overall quality of the entire image, even though the pixel resolution is 3 cm.
This area is a close-up of a larger image, and the area I am focusing on does not include any uncalibrated camera images.

Any guess on what happened?
