I have this exprience last night. It turns that one of my photos doesnt contain the coordinate…and it generate this error.as soon as i exclude the files…everything runs well. And my friend got this error to, it turn that he including the tiff file, after he exclude that file,it runs well too.

I had this error happen for the first time today. No thumbnails were generated and steps 2 and 3 would not process. After troubleshooting, the error was because a new antivirus program I had installed last week would not allow pix4d to access the images and georeference information in the directory. After permissions were granted, the program worked as it used to.
Hey guys ,im having this same issue warning w9020,and the real issue i am not being able to generate the the Google tiles, the process is having a ton of warnings i can share you part of a set but im starting to think the issue is with the software.
