Unable to compute radiometric target calibration

I have been trying to create a NDVI/NDRE orthomosaic using a Sentera Double 4K camera, calibrated with a Sentera reflectance panel. I get this warning even though all the reflectance factors have values.

[Warning]: Unable to compute radiometric target calibration for 21022-03_12MP-ERS-0001_5.4mm-0001_0016_5.4_4000x3000 (636) (Red edge,NIR) with C:/NDVI_NDRE/SROC_08_26_2025/2025-08-26_20-59-15/NDRE/IMG_00001.jpg: Some reflectance factors are undefined.

This camera is not in our database yet; it could be related to that. We will support it in the next release and it should work correctly.
