Your configuration is normally supported by Pix4Dcapture.
As a first step can you check that you have installed the latest APKs on the CrystalSky controller. You can find the two links to the two Apks that are respectively the latest version of Ctrl+DJI and Pix4Dcapture here and here.
As a second step, I would suggest you go through all the basic checks and troubleshooting steps as it will solve most of the issues that can be encountered if properly followed.
Let me know if it can solve your issue before going further in the troubleshooting,
I am having the same issue. It shows “Unknown Aircraft” and I am running the latest CS and 210 RTK FW and Pix4d 4.5.0 which the thread here says is the ONLY version that will work on the CS. I have uninstalled, cleared data, reinstalled so many times I am fed up. What is the issue? In PIX4D it says drone requires calibration (which it doesn’t).
It is recommended to use the latest available version. You should be able to connect to the drone.
