Stock Pile elevation is not matching traditional survey elevation

I’m having issued with the stock pile elevation not coming out correctly, I’m using it to compare with another company’s drone flight to make sure volumes are close, but with using the same coordinates, ground control and boundary as your counterparts, the stock piles elevation at the top is 10 feet shorter than our counterparts point cloud. I had a traditional survey checks and the elevations from points there match our counterparts but not our and I’m lost currently what could be the issue. the only difference was I used a m300 with a P1 camera and counterpart used a phantom 4 RTK. could that really make a difference?

Hi t0r3y.5,

Welcome to the community.

Can you confirm that both projects are using the same coordinate reference system? I understand there are ground controls but are there also ground control points/checkpoints also marked in the project?
