All I see is black blank screen Nothing is showing up in window. Newly loaded Pix4D 4.1 on new laptop. How do I fix this bug?

I would recommend you to upgrade your graphic card. If that doesn’t solve your issue, could you completely uninstall the software and reinstall it? To do so, follow the steps explained in our support article
