I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall Pix Desktop 2.2.26 on a machine, and can no longer load satellite basemaps into my “Map View” window.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
I would upgrade to V4 as that is quite frankly a horrible version of Pix4D that has very poor memory management.
I would also suggest to update to the newest version of the software, as the previous versions are not supported anymore. If the Support & Upgrade of the license is expired, you can renew it on this link by clicking “Extend now”: https://cloud.pix4d.com/account/licenses/
