Roll and Pitch at 0. Normal?

Hello,

I received Phantom 4 RTK drone images. Some images are with Omega and Phi values at 0. Is this normal? This is affect de step 1 in pix4d mapper? This is my first time using drone image. With Vexcel cameras, I have always had values other than 0 for the Omega and Phi.
