Reflectance Panel Image Questions

Hey all,
I am working on processing a couple of site surveys and I just had a couple of questions regarding reflectance panel images. The surveys are capturing images in multispectral as well as in RGB.
My first question is, for a couple of the surveys, I have several sets of images (6 in each set) of the reflectance panel from before and after the flight. I was advised to just select the sets (1 before & 1 after) with the best/most even lighting, and discard the rest, or at least to just not keep them in the directory I’d be uploading to Pix4Dmapper. How should I go about judging this is my question, as I’m not sure that the best lit RGB image will give the most accurate representation of the lighting in multispectral.
Secondly, I want to know whether or not it’s an issue that for one site I only have images of the reflectance panel from before the flight, and not after. How will this affect the image once I process the data, and should we re-fly the survey, or is it not that crucial? Also, each of these flights are only around 20 minutes long, not sure if that affects anything in this context.
Thanks.

Hello @a.morelli27, PIX4Dmapper can only use one set of images and you don’t require before and after flight images. Anyone of them are fine.
