Do you mean the rayCloud is empty (all black)? In this case, we would recommend to try to use the option “focus on selection” as mentioned in this other post where you commented: https://community.pix4d.com/t/4498
Or do you mean you cannot click the rayCloud tab on the left? In this case, it means the step 1 of processing was not fully completed and something might have gone wrong.
