I’m considering using a Seagull #MAP-X2 shutter controller. This device accepts input from an IMU and a Lidar range finder.
From a previous support question, I’ve learned that Pix4D can use the camera orientation values (phi, omega, kappa) to aid calibration.
If actual range to the subject was also available, as suggested by the #MAP-X2 ability to accept a Lidar range finder, would Pix4D Mapper use this information to improve its calibration processes?
Thank you!
